What we keep

When you order: name, email, phone, country, city and delivery address, the date you need the sign, and your design choices (text, colour, size, logo if you send one). Your card details are processed by Stripe; we never see them. When you join our circle: your email or WhatsApp number and the gift you chose.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order and send you the approval drawing and the sign (contract).
• To keep you updated on your order and shipping.
• To send you news and offers, only if you joined our circle (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• For our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

We never sell your data.

Photos, logos and "Download your design"

The photo you choose to preview the sign, the logo you upload for a preview and the design image you download are created and stay on your device. They are not uploaded to any server.

Who we share it with

Only those needed to get the sign to you: Stripe (payment), our production partner in the EU (text or logo, name and delivery address) and DHL (shipping).

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the order and warranty, and as long as the law requires for accounting records. Circle details are kept until you ask us to stop.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties. If we add measurement tools in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where needed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its use. Write to us and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
