1. Who sells

Neon Signs is a brand of Seven Dreams Events. The seller is TC & AC EUGMED UNIT SERVICES LTD (reg. no. HE 430402), Cyprus. Contact: email info@sevendreamsevents.com, WhatsApp +357 95 964228, phone +357 77 787803.

2. Order, payment and approval drawing

Your order is complete when you pay. In about 2 working days we email you the approval drawing. Production only starts after you approve it. Revisions are free until approval. No changes are possible after approval.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro as shown on the page at the time of ordering and include delivery to Cyprus and Greece. Extras (black backing, outdoor version, express, date under the names, second sign, digital design file) are charged as shown. Payment is by card via Stripe and appears on your card as SEVEN DREAMS.

4. Making and delivery

We make every sign to order in the EU and ship it directly to the address you give us. Standard delivery takes about 3 weeks from design approval, express about 12 days in total. When it ships you receive an email with the DHL tracking number. If the date you need the sign is closer than we can manage, the page will not accept the order.

Delivery date guarantee. If the sign does not arrive before the event date you gave at checkout (the date you need it), we refund the full amount you paid. The guarantee applies only when (a) the order and the design approval were both completed at least 35 days before that date and (b) the delay was caused by us or the manufacturer. It does not apply when the delay comes from a late design approval or a wrong or incomplete delivery address.

5. Digital design file

If you choose it, you receive the approval drawing as PNG and PDF files by email, together with the design. It is for personal use, such as invitations or stories.

6. Broken or faulty product

If the sign arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we send a new one free of charge. The statutory 2-year warranty applies to defects.

7. Right of withdrawal

Signs made with your own text, logo or to your specifications are personalised goods and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). This does not affect the delivery date guarantee in section 4.

Ready designs, exactly as shown on the page, are not excluded. You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by telling us in writing. We will tell you where to return the product, unused and in its packaging, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it.

8. Use and safety

Only use the power adapter supplied with the sign. The standard version is for indoor use. An outdoor waterproof version is available.

9. Logos and your own artwork

When you send us a logo, trademark or your own artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it (it is yours or you have the owner's permission) and that making it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not make third-party trademarks, logos or characters without permission and may decline an order if in doubt.

10. Law

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, without limiting the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
